1. Policy Overview

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which students or parents may cancel enrollment in chess training programs offered by Time2Chess India Pvt Ltd. It ensures clarity, fairness, and transparency in all cancellations related to our courses and services.

2. General Cancellation Terms

A cancellation request may be made within 48 to 72 hours of course enrollment, provided that the training program has not yet commenced. Once the course has started, or sessions have been scheduled or conducted, cancellation will not be permitted.

This policy helps protect the time, effort, and resources allocated by our trainers and ensures smooth batch planning and scheduling.

3. Non-Cancellable Services

The following services are strictly non-cancellable:

• Courses or training programs that have already started
• One-on-one or personalized coaching sessions once scheduled
• Subscription-based learning plans after activation
• Discounted or promotional course enrollments
• Access to digital content, recorded sessions, or study materials
• Tournament registrations and event participation fees

4. Incorrect or Unmatched Services

If a student believes that the enrolled course or service does not match the communicated details, they must notify Time2Chess within 24 hours of course access or first session.

Our team will review the concern and take appropriate corrective action. Cancellation will only be considered if the issue is significant and cannot be reasonably resolved.

5. Cancellation Request Submission

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, including the student’s name, contact details, enrollment reference, and reason for cancellation.

Requests will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 business days after evaluating eligibility under this policy.

6. Cancellations Initiated by Time2Chess

Time2Chess India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel enrollments in cases such as incomplete registration details, scheduling conflicts, insufficient batch strength, technical limitations, or non-payment.

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

All cancellation-related matters shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
