This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the process customers must follow to request one, ensuring fair and transparent practices for both students and the academy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only in cases where the enrolled course or training program has not yet commenced or where Time2Chess is unable to deliver the agreed training services. A refund may also be granted if the delivered training significantly deviates from the communicated program structure and cannot be reasonably resolved by our team.

All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering factors such as course progress, sessions conducted, and resources utilized.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Courses or training sessions that have already commenced
• Completed or partially completed coaching sessions
• Customized or one-on-one training programs
• Access to digital learning materials or recorded sessions
• Tournament registrations and participation fees
• Workshops, consultations, or onboarding sessions already delivered

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to support@time2chess.com, including their full name, contact details, enrollment or payment reference, and a clear explanation of the reason for the request.

The request will be reviewed by our team within 5 to 7 business days. Additional details may be requested if necessary before a final decision is made.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The processing time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.

Time2Chess India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment intermediaries.

6. Special Conditions & Limitations

Refunds will not be granted in cases of student absenteeism, lack of participation, or failure to attend scheduled sessions. Requests based on personal schedule conflicts or change of interest will not be eligible for refunds.

If a payment dispute is raised directly with the bank without prior communication with Time2Chess, the refund process may be paused until verification is completed. All decisions made by Time2Chess are final based on the available records and evaluation.

7. BO Clause (Bank Obligation Clause)

Time2Chess India Pvt Ltd is not responsible for transaction failures due to cardholder limits or restrictions set by issuing banks. This applies to all payments made through supported payment gateways.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

All refund-related matters shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
